I had a magical day on the East Coast yesterday

(There is a lot of ice and the trails around Swift Current Lake and Swift Current Pass are always snow free and where there is snow it is easy to walk without snowshoes. We hiked Swift Current Pass almost to Bullhead Lake, then hiked to Red Rock Falls, Lake, and Fishercup Lake, and hiked around Swift Current Lake and Falls for a while. GTTSR provides access to Jackson Glacier Lookout, which offers a beautiful view 13 miles from St. Petersburg. Lake Mary. Sapphire blue skies, bright sunlight and lack of wind create a stunning reflection picture…it doesn’t look real! There are wild animals nearby. I saw grizzly bears, and large sheep and a cute dog walking enjoying the amazing view. Everyone is hard at work for the new season just around the corner. The best way to get there by car is to take Highway 2 to Browning, then Highway 464 to Barb or St. Mary’s. Mary has reopened. If you get to the area early, don’t think that the east side is closed and inaccessible! This time of year is amazing! Hope You can have an amazing walk as Trickle ( Alaskan Malamute puppy) and I had!
