These gold grave goods are from a burial site of a Celtic chieftain in Hochdorf, Germany. Dating back to around 530 BC, these artifacts provide a glimpse into the life and status of the chieftain.

The burial site, known as the Hochdorf Chieftain’s Grave, is notable for its rich furnishings. The chieftain was laid out on an elaborately decorated bronze recliner inside the burial chamber.
