Sloppy Joe Grilled Burritos

Cheesy Sloppy Joe Twist & Crunch Burritos
RecipeIngredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp green bell peppers
½ cup ketchup
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
⅓ cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, additional for sprinkling
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions, red and green bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender and beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and brown sugar. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet, stirring well to combine.
In a separate saucepan, combine the 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place a large tortilla on a flat surface, spoon some of the sloppy joe mixture into the center, and top with a generous amount of cheese sauce. Fold into a burrito.
Fry each burrito in the hot skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
