Golden Crusted Tuna Melt Delight

Ultimate Tuna Melt
Recipe ingredients:


4 slices of sourdough bread
2 cans of tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and Dijon mustard.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place a slice of cheddar on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
Evenly distribute the tuna mixture on top of the cheese.
Cap with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
