WEIRDEST FROM THE SPACE

Over the past two years, the James Webb Space Telescope has made extraordinary discoveries in our Universe. Here are some of the most important ones:
Galaxy NGC 7496: Observed with the James Webb’s MIRI instrument in the mid-infrared, this galaxy revealed amazing details 1.
Extended asteroid belts: The Webb has shown three different asteroid belts extending 23 billion kilometers from the star, some of them never seen before 1.
3D map of the universe: The U.S. Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) project created the largest and most detailed map of the universe ever compiled, recording all previous surveys of galaxies in 3D view 2.
3D space exploration: A program developed by the astrophysics laboratory (Lastro) at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Epfl) allows for a 3D map with several terabytes of data, visualizing exoplanets, galaxies and space objects 3.
Stephan’s Quintet: This group of five galaxies, discovered by French astronomer Édouard Stephan in 1877, was recently captured by the James Webb Space Telescope 4.
The James Webb Space Telescope is currently one of the most innovative space telescopes operating in space, and its discoveries continue to amaze scientists around the world.
