Enjoy the white Mortadella Bonfatti ragout, a delicacy from Emilia Romagna protected by Slow Food, lightly glazed with Pignoletto. Savor the Parmigiano Reggiano aged for 30 months from the CAVOLA 993 dairy company and garnished with a molecular perlage of IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
