Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 jalapeños, seeds removed and finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and cilantro.
Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Let the pico de gallo sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
