What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

One of my favorite well-being quotes is by the Dalai Lama: “Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” This quote reminds us that our well-being is not something that can be handed to us on a silver platter; rather, it is something that we must actively cultivate through our thoughts, actions, and habits. It emphasizes the power we have to shape our own happiness and well-being through the choices we make each day.

I love meditation, swimming in early morning when no one distracts me, cooking it’s my go to when need to take a decision, music candles and colors for recharging and take care of bad moments.

Colors are a good expression of my mood, as food and music.

I love being volcanic and not predictable. I think the more u give urself room to express, ways to show urself the abilities the more u are healthy and at the best…. U see a lot of people not taking care of themselves to appear, classifying in standards honestly am not a standard am me whoever accepts less than this is not important.

I don’t have many friends for a choice I have tons of acquaintances but for choice I have very few friends, those don’t try to get me in to standards and the do talk to me make gifts for me the see me. As unique as we are we just want to standardize and it’s such a waste…..
