What do you do in your every day routine for improving yourself?

How do you practice self-care?

Self-care refers to activities and practices that individuals engage in to take care of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves making choices and taking actions that promote personal health and happiness. Self-care can vary from person to person, but it often includes things like getting enough sleep, eating nutritious food, exercising regularly, managing stress, practicing mindfulness or meditation, engaging in hobbies and activities that bring joy, spending time with loved ones, and prioritizing time for relaxation and self-reflection. It’s all about nurturing yourself and finding balance in your life. I love meditation, gardening, cooking, reading and walking. I try and mix basically 30 minutes of each during my day using every single minute of my day with planned activities to not forget or waste time I can dedicate to myself. At the beginning has not been easy to get in the routine but now I have mine and I absolutely love it!!
