My students say I never try to put myself on a stage but I work with them, my colleagues say I have the touch, in their opinion I always find a way to transfer knowing without making anyone feeling stupid or inadequate… I just think am not teaching, am just showing them all the possibilities they have to solve a problem or a situation by acting with them instead of pushing them away… Teaching is difficult it’s not a science it’s not a code, every situation or person is different, if someone feels stupid u lost, this is why I prefer to think I help instead of teach this gives me the chance to develop the capabilities of each one to identify a way easy or difficult it’s a talk for later , u guide or lead so one day they will….
