Great! Developing healthy habits and losing weight go hand in hand and here’s my routine

  1. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast: Eating a balanced breakfast can jumpstart your metabolism and provide you with energy for the day ahead.
  2. Drink plenty of water: Staying hydrated is crucial for overall health and can also help control hunger cravings.
  3. Incorporate physical activity into your routine: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily. This can include activities like walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming.
  4. Make mindful food choices: Focus on consuming whole, unprocessed foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid sugary drinks, processed snacks, and foods high in saturated fats.
  5. Practice portion control: Be mindful of the quantity of food you consume. Use smaller plates and bowls to help control portion sizes.
  6. Eat balanced meals: Try to include a variety of nutrients in each meal, including proteins, healthy fats, and fiber. This will help you feel satisfied and reduce the chances of overeating.
  7. Plan and prepare your meals: Take some time to plan your meals in advance. This can help you make healthier choices and prevent impulsive, unhealthy eating.
  8. Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night. Sufficient sleep helps regulate your metabolism and promotes overall well-being.
  9. Manage stress: Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as practicing mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, or engaging in activities you enjoy.
  10. Stay consistent and track your progress: Track your meals, exercise sessions, and weight loss progress to stay motivated and monitor your achievements.

Remember, developing new habits takes time and patience. Start small, gradually add new habits, and celebrate your achievements along the way. One of the best things of this routine that was given to me two months ago from my therapist was exactly the therapist, she showed me what I was missing and what was messed and am new person!!!
