A superhero in a red and blue costume is flying over the city, looking bored and unhappy. Superhero: Sigh... Another day, another crime to stop. Why can't I ever have some fun? Panel 2: He sees a bank robbery in progress and flies down to intervene. Superhero: Stop right there, you crooks! You're no match for the Amazing Man! Robbers: Oh no, it's the Amazing Man! Run for it! Panel 3: The superhero easily defeats the robbers and ties them up with his super-strength. Superhero: That was too easy. Where's the challenge? Where's the excitement? Bystanders: Hooray for the Amazing Man! You're our hero! Panel 4: The superhero flies away, feeling unfulfilled. Superhero: Thanks, but no thanks. I need something more than this. Something that will make me feel alive. Panel 5: He sees a beautiful woman walking on the street and decides to flirt with her. Superhero: Hello there, gorgeous. What's your name? Woman: Oh, hi. I'm Lisa. Superhero: Well, Lisa, you're in luck. I'm the Amazing Man, and I'm here to sweep you off your feet. Panel 6: The woman looks unimpressed and annoyed. Woman: Really? That's your pick-up line? The Amazing Man? More like the Arrogant Man. Superhero: What? No, I'm not arrogant. I'm amazing. It's in my name. Woman: Yeah, well, maybe you should change it to something more humble. Like the Average Man. Or the Annoying Man. Panel 7: The superhero gets angry and defensive. Superhero: Hey, that's not fair. Do you know who I am? Do you know what I can do? Woman: Yeah, yeah, you can fly and punch and stuff. Big deal. So can a lot of other superheroes. Superhero: But I'm the best! I'm the most powerful! I'm the most handsome! Panel 8: The woman rolls her eyes and walks away. Woman: Sure you are, buddy. Sure you are. Good luck with your ego trip. Superhero: Wait! Don't go! Come back! Panel 9: The superhero realizes he has made a fool of himself and feels embarrassed. Superhero: Oh man, that was a disaster. Why did I say those things? Why did I act like that? Panel 10: He hears a loud explosion and sees a giant robot attacking the city. Superhero: Oh no! A giant robot! This looks like a job for... the Amazing Man! Panel 11: He flies towards the robot, feeling excited and happy again. Superhero: Finally! A real challenge! A real thrill! This is what I live for! Robot: Prepare to be destroyed, puny human!
